Last week the site team at Ahobre enjoyed a team lunch to celebrate the progress on site, keeping the school construction on target despite having to deal with some very wet weather conditions.
Key activities over the last week have been:
- Removal of the plastic formwork was removed from the columns on the primary block.
- Work has started on the Primary block floor, the Damp Proof Membrane has been laid and the tying of the slab mesh rebar has started.
- The setting out and fixing of plates for the upper ring beam for Kindergarten Block has started.
- Coating of the truss shoes with an anti-rust paint was completed.
