Ghana’s Goal

Nationally Scaling Quality Kindergarten Teacher Training

In 2023, Ghana reached a major milestone: the Ghana Education Service launched the national kindergarten teacher training package, co-developed by Sabre, Right To Play, Innovations for Poverty Action, and UNICEF. This scalable, impact-driven, play-based approach would train over 30,000 public school kindergarten teachers, strengthening the early childhood education system and impacting 1.2 million kindergarten children across Ghana.
