In less than two weeks, our mentees will be leaving the programme to get ready to step into their own classrooms in September. We had a meeting with some of them to plan how best we can prepare and support them to be able to implement the programme in their own classrooms especially in Non-Sabre districts. Major issues that came out of the meeting include sensitization of GES staff for districts where mentees will be posted to, along with provision of overviews and the toolkit for all themes and motivation of mentees to be willing and committed to implement the programme.
