There is never a quiet moment in the Brighter Futures office, and the beginning of a new school year is no exception. The training for the first In Class Coaching is complete and each of the classrooms on the programme will now get a full day of coaching from the team.
This is a great opportunity to see how the new mentees are settling in and how the schools are getting on with the implementation of the first theme. It is the first time that this theme has been used in our classrooms, it focuses on developing rules and routines in the classroom- an important first step for any teacher!
