At the beginning of November we had our first Headteacher Forum of the year. These forums provide us with a fantastic opportunity to discuss key issues with the headteachers of all of our schools,as well as share some of the success stories and best practice from the classrooms.
We used this opportunity to tackle the problem of over-age and under-age children in the classrooms. Getting the children into the correct class, according to their age, is one of the crucial jobs of our headteachers- and one that we want them to begin as soon as possible. This forum proved to be a great success as already some of the headteachers have been moving children so that they are in the right class. We are thrilled to see our headteachers taking such quick action, and we are sure this good work is set to continue!
Below are some of our wonderful headteachers enjoying the forum.
