The Fast-track Transformational Teacher Training (FTTT) team in the Central Region have recently completed the first Spot Checks of the term. Spot Checks are short 15-20 minute check ups carried out in each of the 40 classrooms taking part in the programme. This allows the FTTT team to track the progress being made in each of the classrooms as well as being able to identify common challenges being faced with the implementation of the programme.

The information gathered from the Spot Checks will be fed back to the trainers at OLA College of Education before they go and give more in depth support to each of the classrooms during the upcoming In Class Coaching.

It is very exciting to see all of the progress the teachers are making with the implementation of the programme and we are confident that their hard work will continue throughout this term.
