Sabre Education, a leader in Early Childhood Education, is seeking the services of a consultant to conduct an End of Project Evaluation of the Fast-track Transformational Teacher Training project in the Western and Central Regions of Ghana.

The evaluation is intended to provide Sabre with information and lessons that will guide the design and expansion of its existing and future projects. The evaluation is required to provide the project with appropriate analysis relevant to the project’s outcome, outputs and key indicators and ultimately assess the level of change for children and communities at the end of the project. The maximum budget amount is £14,000.

Interested consultants are required to submit an Expression of Interest with the following documents/information to demonstrate their qualifications to info@sabre.education and copy tony.dogbe@sabre.education by 28th of August 2020. 

1. Expression of Interest (Max 6 pages)
a. Describing suitability for this work, detailing past experience with similar evaluation of projects, particularly in education in Ghana.
b. Consultant’s perspective on research methodology, proposed tools and approaches for analysis of data and reporting.
c. Names of two references for consultant or organization.

2. Brief resume of key staff and their roles on the assignment, including past experience in similar research projects and the names of two references. (Max 2 pages)

3. Copies of business and legal certificates.

EOIs must include all documents requested. EOIs not meeting this requirement will be rejected.

Potential consultants should note that interviews with selected candidates are tentatively planned to be conducted on Monday 31st August 2020. The actual evaluation will commence by Mid-September 2020, while the final report is expected to be submitted not later than 30th November 2020.
