Last week all of our teachers, head teachers, KG Co-ordinators, Circuit Supervisors and new OLA mentees came together at Ayensudo Islamic school for the first Intensive Training workshop of the new school year. All of the teachers and their new mentees were excited to meet each other and bonds were quickly formed, which we know will only continue to grow from strength to strength when they get started in their classrooms.
There was a great atmosphere surrounding the training with all participants eager to learn and take part and so we were delighted to receive a visit from Charles Aheto-Tsegah, Acting Director General of GES. This gave all of the participants a boost and was great to show off all of the positive work happening during the training workshops.
Each and every participant worked hard and learned a lot over the course of the week and we look forward to seeing how they implement this once they get back to their classrooms.
