I am a strategic management, education policy and reform expert, with many years of experience in the design, implementation, and management of education programmes. I have over 27 years of direct management experience implementing successful programmes in education policy reforms with the Government of Ghana, World Bank, USAID, FCDO and the Government of Canada.

I am currently the Chief Technical Advisor of Transforming Teaching, Education and Learning (T-TEL), a Ghanaian not-for-profit organisation that provides high quality technical advice, project management, research, and implementation support services, using local talent and expertise to drive improvements in Ghana’s education system. I was previously working as the Education Policy Advisor at the National Education Reform Secretariat (Ghana Ministry of Education), providing leadership, technical and policy design support on a wide range of education reform initiatives.

Sabre’s vision and mission is very much aligned to my work, and I am delighted to join the Board of Trustees.
