Michael Klutse
Senior Learning Manger


Michael joined Sabre in January 2021 bringing onboard his ten year experience managing education, agriculture and forestry projects within Ghana and West and Central Africa. As a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Specialist, Michael has carried out project evaluations and worked with donor-funded projects (including projects with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, USAID and DFID) to design and set up Monitoring, Reporting and Verification (MRV) Systems, including theories of change, logical and results frameworks, evaluation and data collection tools, and reporting frameworks. Michael holds a Master’s Degree in Development Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration; and a first degree in Math and Computer Science from the University of Ghana where he did his National Service as a Teaching Assistant at the Department of Mathematics. He also holds a certificate in Project Management from the ICM-UK and attended a DANIDA Fellowship Program in Results-Based Monitoring and Evaluation in Uganda.


Kaizer Jacob
Assistant Learning Manager


Kaizer worked as a Bio-Statistics Officer at Siloam Clinic in-charge of all statistical activities. Kaizer joined Sabre in May 2015 as a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer, responsible for data collection, collation and analysis of Pupil Achievement Records, spot checks, teacher and trainer assessments, training evaluations, and other administrative duties. Kaizer led a section of the Top Up Training for Teachers programme, which included training for headteachers and Ghana Education Service Officers.


Joshua Obeng Opoku
Senior Learning Officer

Joshua is an experienced IT Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organisation management industry. Joshua is skilled in Windows Technical Support, PHP, WordPress, and jQuery. He holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Mathematics from the University of Cape Coast. Before joining Sabre, Joshua worked as Systems Administrator at St Peters Cambridge International School in Takoradi, Ghana, and as an ICT Instructor at Marina International School in Bakau, The Gambia.
