The first Programme Management Meeting of the year was held last Tuesday at OLA College of Education. This meeting brought together key officers from the Ghana Education Service (GES), OLA College of Education management and management from Sabre.

These meetings are crucial as they bring together the key stakeholders and provide an excellent platform to discuss the successes and challenges from the first term of the programme. It has been a busy first term with a lot of activities going on, including two Intensive Training Workshops, GES sensitisation exercises and the administration of the Teacher Monitoring Tool.

Success stories from these activities were shared as well as the challenges that have affected the term’s activities. Excellent solutions were found to each of the challenges and everyone left the meeting feeling very positive about the next term.
