Michael Klutse
Senior Learning Manager

Michael joined Sabre in January 2021 bringing onboard his rich experience in Education, Agriculture and Forestry over a ten year period within Ghana and the West and Central Africa Regions. Michael has the passion for data science and the need to show or demonstrate results in whatever field of work.

As a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Specialist, Michael has carried out project evaluations and worked with donor-funded projects (including projects with Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, USAID and DFID) to design and set up Monitoring, Reporting and Verification (MRV) Systems including theories of change, logical and results frameworks, evaluation and data collection tools and reporting frameworks.

Michael holds a Master’s Degree in Development Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration; and a first degree in Math and Computer Science from the University of Ghana where he did his National Service as a Teaching Assistant at the Department of Mathematics. He also holds a certificate in Project Management from the ICM-UK and attended a DANIDA Fellowship Program in Results Based Monitoring and Evaluation in Uganda.
