The children who attend OLA Kindergarten Centre of Excellence helped make the opening ceremony an extra special event. After the ceremony and speeches,  invited guests and community members had the opportunity to see the kindergarten classrooms and children in action. The children were having a lot of fun playing in the various learning centres that have been set up in their classrooms, showing that learning can be activity and play based.

The Principal of OLA College of Education, Sister Elizabeth Amoako-Arhen, summed up just what this school can do for kindergarten aged children wonderfully in her opening address at the ceremony;

“Although the children have been here for only one term, we can already see that they are making tremendous progress in their studies. We are so proud of them.

We are confident that this Centre will be a source of pride, and children who pass through here will become strong, ethical pupils who will brighten the future of this country.”
