The OLA College of Education trainers have now completed their training for the last training workshop of the year, Top Up Training 4.

During this workshop the trainers will deliver the last themes to the KG1 and KG2 teachers, as well as developing a code of practice for teachers trained through the Transformational Teacher Training programme.

Workshop feedback from the participants is always highly positive regarding the trainers delivery. They really make every workshop fun, exciting and informative for the participants and we are thrilled to see how far they have come since the first workshop they delivered nearly two years ago. We look forward to following them next year as they begin to deliver the training more independently within the college, we know that they will still continue to grow from strength to strength!
