Last week we had an excellent Programme Management Meeting  with our stakeholders from Ghana Education Service and OLA College of Education. As the schools on the Transformational Teacher Training programme near the end of their two years, this Programme Management Meeting provided a great opportunity to discuss the sustainability of the programme beyond July. Encouraging steps forwards were agreed so that all stakeholders are able to work together to ensure that the schools who have completed their training continue to flourish.
