At Holy Child Kindergarten Centre of Excellence construction site, the team are still managing to work ahead of schedule. This sustainable kindergarten complex will have three classrooms, KGA, KGB1 and KGB2. All three classrooms have their floor slabs in place. One classroom has the upper ring beam in place with truss shoes (picture painted red, with anti rust paint), that will support the roof structure.

Concrete pathways around the classrooms are almost finished, including an access ramp and steps to the upper level of the site. You may notice that the site is arranged over two levels, this was due to the challenge of finding a suitable sized level plot. The split level plot introduces a new dimension of slope to the school, and we are very excited to see how the teachers will incorporate the grassy banks into their teaching, and the children’s games.
