Our 3 new MEL staff

We are very excited to say a big Akwaaba (welcome) to three new Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) staff (from the left), Kaizer Jacob (MEL Officer), Abraham Iddrisu (MEL Support Officer) and Felix Mensah (MEL Support Officer). Kaizer and Felix will be heading over to Western Region after their induction with the current MEL staff, to begin their work in preparation for September when the new schools join the programme. Abraham will be in Central Region providing invaluable support to the existing MEL team. The workload of the MEL team is constantly increasing as they provide more and more valuable data to support the programme so our new additions to the team have arrived at the perfect time!!

Kaizer: “I am excited to work for Sabre Trust because of the team spirit culture, and the cordiality which make me strongly believe I will be able to put my expertise and skill to work better.”

Felix: “I am happy to be a part of a united team working to bring a positive change in child development in Ghana specifically in the sector of education.”

Abraham: “Any words other than a prodigious, awesome and stunning organisation will be an understatement to describe Sabre. ‘If a team is to reach its potential, each player must be willing to subordinate his personal goals to the good of the team.’ This statement personifies the team of Sabre, and for this reason, I am glad to be part of such a fantastic group.”
